Can i change OpenSuse repo urls to HTTPS?

I want to change all repos urls http to https

for Example

http://download.opensuse.org/tumbleweed/repo/oss/
to
https://download.opensuse.org/tumbleweed/repo/oss/

Can i change OpenSuse repos urls to HTTPS?
If it can be changed,Will it be updated (OpenSuse) without error?

Not without error. Repos have their own security methodology, so don’t need and are not configured to use HTTPS.
