Can coredumpctl predict the future?

Obviously, either something is misconfigured or I am missing something obvious:

root@orca# coredumpctl list

Tue 2024-08-06 08:08:39 CDT 8052 1000 1000 SIGSYS present /usr/lib/tracker-extract-3 42.4M
Tue 2024-08-06 08:08:47 CDT 9358 1000 1000 SIGSYS present /usr/lib/tracker-extract-3 37.6M
root@orca# date

I’m not actually concerned about the application dumping core as I am testing a few things. Just curious about the timestamps.

I am staring at it and do not see it. Maybe you better use an ISO format for the output of the date command. Makes it easier to compare.

LOL!

I see it now … I misread the output … I was seeing 8 minutes and 39 seconds as 8 hours and 39 minutes.

I am definitely not firing on all eight cylinders this morning.

Thanks for the reply!
