Hi Eric,
ich habe mit calibre-uninstall die “direkt-installation” wieder gelöscht.
nun habe ich mit “zypper in calibre” eine Installation mit den oben genannten Repos gemacht. Dies endet in dem bereits beschriebenen Fehler beim Starten.
Selbiges wenn ich es über YaST mache. Aber da passiert im Hintergrund ja vermutlich das selbe.
Die Installation von home:ecsos funktioniert leider auch nicht. Ich hoffe ich habe das richtig ausgewählt, folgender Link:

Kannst du mir als eher unwissender mal erklären wie das mit den Repositorien ist. Betreust du das home:ecsos-Repository alleine oder in einer Gruppe um weitere und aktuellere Software zur Verfügung zu stellen wie die “Standard”-Repositories aber unter dem Dach des Hauptprojekts? Warum gibt es dann überhaupt so viele Repositories, mit häufig aber der selben Software nur in leicht verschiedenen Versionen. Klar, eines mit sehr stabilen für Leap und eines mit dem ganz neuen für Tumbleweed, aber warum all das dazwischen? Sicher eigentlich eine blöde Frage duck
