Bumblebee repo removed?

When trying to run an update via zypper I receive the following error:

File '/repodata/repomd.xml' not found on medium 'http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/X11:/Bumblebee/openSUSE_Leap_42.1/'

Has this repo been moved, and if so, where? Thanks.

I suppose it has been deleted because 42.1 will be out of support in a few days.

Upgrade to 42.2…

sigh

…those were the days, when I used an installation of Win XP for 7 years without any troubles on my main machine. Nowadays you have the choice between constant PITA (TW) or reinstalling every 1.5 years (Leap).

Sorry for slight OT…

Hi
There is nothing stopping you from grabbing src rpms and rebuilding locally, or creating a home OBS project to maintain yourself…

Just upgrade, no need to re-install?

Hi again!

As you might have learned from my not-so-advanced questions this whole repo-thingy is a mystery to me. I sometimes did some “make”-magic on one of my raspis with raspian, but only with a good cooking-manual on hand…

This all is way over my had, but I want to use Linux anyway. Not so easy, I know…

Hi
Start a new thread on best method to update and show the output from zypper lr -d to see the repostories you have…

I went ahead and updated to 42.2. I was putting it off because the process is a pain. I use my computer for work so I avoid updating until it’s absolutely necessary. It hasn’t always gone smoothly in the past, but this time everything seems to be working fine.
