bumblebee fails after kernel upgrade

Hi out there !

I have an optimus laptop (Alienware M17X with Nvidia GeForce GTX 675M) running opensuse 13.2

bumblebee used to run with kernel 3.16.7-32-desktop but fails with all kernel updates ever since (3.16.7-35 and 3.16.7-42).

I do not dare to try fixing it myself because the experience with this system is the worst ever: it’s a snap to end up with black screens etc.

Any ideas ???
