Personally I tend to opt for one with no built in GPU and buy a PCI GPU, usually nvidia.
But I see no problem with your choice, though honestly it’s really hard to say for certainty due to the fact that there are just so many Mobo choices.
I have not done a build recently so can’t help there

Depends on your end use…

Me I was some grunt for building packages and running KVM machines, looking at one of these on Amazon “HP Proliant ML10 Tower Desktop [No OS] or Server Barebones DIY Computer PC with Intel Xeon E3-1246v3 CPU, 16GB RAM” that system is about the same price as your Motherboard and CPU without RAM, like caf4926 indicates, I am also looking at dumping an Nvidia card into it at some point, but for my initial needs it doesn’t even need a screen…
