Building a project which is under CC 3.0?

Hi,

is it allowed to build a package on OBS which is licensed under CC 3.0 Creative Commons — Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported — CC BY-SA 3.0 ?

I’ve read openSUSE:Packaging guidelines - openSUSE but for me it seems as I’m not allowed to use OBS for that?

Giving this: [opensuse-buildservice] Licensing - CC BY-NC-SA](http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-buildservice/2010-11/msg00058.html) and the fact that everybody knows things like cdrecord, that is not in the official repo because of legal problems, are in the OBS… just do it.
Anyway I would say that license is OSI compatible (The Open Source Definition | Open Source Initiative) even if it hasn’t been revised by OSI.
