If you study the iCalendar format iCalendar - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia, it should be possible to create a mailmerge file which imports the data from your files into a series of vevents which you can then wrap in an iCalendar; obviously the fields you have in your sources files will need to be adapted to the iCalendar fields but it should be doable.
