i thought this had been fixed but i guess not:

  1. go to http://forums.opensuse.org/ as a simple user

  2. click to http://en.opensuse.org/Submitting_Bug_Reports and see a
Novell log in page–apparently iChain is not in that loop and forces a
    second log in…

note: it may be necessary to have NOT already logged in as a Novell
employee or forum system admin/mod and fresh log in without using a
Novell employee ID or maybe also without an administrator or
moderator ID…

I’ve noticed this. But I don’t often submit bugs, so it doesn’t seem much of a problem.

In the meantime, I’m waiting for an 11.4 bugzilla link, so that I can report a problem with xterm (and perhaps the touchpad one, mentioned in another thread).

I’ve assumed that this is because bugzilla is really a novell.com site, and browsers won’t send opensuse.org cookies to that site.

Hi
Just login to bugzilla and select a new bug, 11.4 is in the list.

Clear caches & cookies and see if that addresses it.

iChain/Access Manager doesn’t have any idea about the forum rights.
