The bugzilla was down for most of the day, upgrading to a new version. (I know this only from seeing reports).
It is now up. But when I tried to file a new bug report, it was far from clear what to do. It looks to me as if it is not yet ready for prime time. Some of the links (including “HELP”) are broken.

I guess I’ll try again tomorrow.
Hi
You probably need to wait for the openSUSE one to come online…

Filing was slow. It took a while for the list of frequent bugs to show up. After clicking “submit” there was a long delay before anything happened.
I then added an attachment. That seemed to be fast. So the slowness is maybe only associated with new bugs.
Reading the attachment on line does not work well. I had to download the attachment to read it. When I try to read online, I see it all as one long line (no line breaks).

Bugzilla now seems accessible.
I have just filed a bug report:
‘"csh" is broken – startup script problem’
(Access Denied)

I had the bugzilla page opened on some bugs; I told FF to refresh them,
and they reappeared, in ugly red colours. And the tabs looks the same
for novell as for, say, xfs, no novell mini icon.

Heh. But I hundreds of stored references to bugzillas. Means clicking,
then editing the url, and reloading, in the new theme.

Do you at least get sent to you the creation email?

Indeed. A red, ugly, theme, that they have chosen for Novell.

No?
I don’t remember for what items you get email by default, but I changed
the settings years ago so that I receive them for everything: posts or
changes I do, or that others do. That way I can search my mail folder
and locate an item of information that I remember was somewhere in some
bugzilla in which I participated at some time

It seems that email is not going out from bugzilla at present.
I manually checked my recent report (using the link in #6 above). There was a response with a NEEDINFO request. But I did not receive any email about this.

I’m getting them. I just created a bug, and commented on some reports,
and I got emails.
In full html :-p

Yes, I’m getting email now. I wasn’t when I posted that earlier reply. Apparently there was an email problem, but it is now fixed.
There are actually some profile settings on bugzilla, where you can specify that you want plain-text email. You can also specify that you want the opensuse skin, even if you use the novell url.
And, while on the topic, sometimes adding a comment gets you some cryptic warning about not having the right token. And I have no idea what that is all about.

I thought that may be the case.

I saw that, and left it at html. It is actually easier to read

That one I did not notice.

Yes, I have seen it. There is a thread about it on the mail list, with
only symptoms.
