Buggy installation of the GWT Developer plugin on Chromium (possible packaging bug)

When I try to install the GWT Developer plugin/extension on Chromium 10.0.619.0 (0) the installation completes without an error being reported. The plugin shows on the extensions (chrome://extensions) and on the plugins (chrome://plugins) page. However, when I try to reload the application I am debugging, the browser seems not to recognize the installed plugin and asks to install it again. The same problem does not occur on Ubuntu 10.10.
I am using:
openSuse 11.3
Kernel: 2.6.34.7 (64-bit)

Forgive me if I posted this on the wrong forum but I would like to know where is the appropriate bug-tracker to post the issue described above?
Btw Chromium 10.0.622.0 (0) has the same issue.
