Bug when updating apps with gstreamer plugin

Gstreamer-plugins-bad wants to obsolete gstreamer-plugin-openh264 Install/Boot/Login

While running zypper to update Tumbleweed, it reported a problem that the new gstreamer-plugins-bad package obsoletes gstreamer-plugin-openh264. I have not seen this particular issue before and am curious as to whether the openh264 package is due to be updated to perhaps bring it up to the version number of the others?
