if I use networkmanager to connect wifi, always disconnect after few minuts. and loss AP in list of wifi.
Dear wylton,
People on the forums are normaly willing to help, but you should privide as much information about your problem as possible.
What level of openSUSE, what desktop (KDE, Gnome, …), is that true for every connection, … Inshort explain, show, explain ,show.
o, sorry.
I use Opensuse 12.2 with KDE desktop. if i use Ifup to make connection, it work very well.
Manage Connections, Wireless, pick your connection, Edit, check “System connection” (enter root password when asked for). Save this config, reboot and report if things have improved. There seems to be a bug in KDE’s networkmanager.

You should also report the reason for the disconnect as reported in the dmesg
output. You should also tell us what wireless adapter you have. From the output
of ‘/sbin/lspci -nn’, post only the stanza for your wifi interface.
I do not see the “bug” in KDE’s NM. My current connection using a Realtek
RTL8723AE interface has been running for nearly 10 days without a single
unplanned interruption in service, and I do not have the System Connection
checked. I also do not have the automatic connection box checked. Note, this
stability is obtained with a driver so new that it has not yet been merged into
the kernel!
