Since KDE 3.5.10 I have the same bug as reported here

It is said in this thread that the bug as been solved and comitted to kde two weeks ago?
Why isn’t it commited to latest kde updates for opensuse 11.0 ?

You do realize that Launchpad is not the bugtracker for openSUSE?
Changes to upstream/svn won’t officially appear until the next release of kde.
The devs can backport security/bug fixes to the current packages, but as per Beineri’s post, you should make them aware of your issue through the openSUSE bug tracker, not expect them to review launchpad.
The changes to the Kubuntu packages were made as a result of the bug post to the *buntu team, and so it is with openSUSE. The devs need to know.

I a am aware that opensuse devs have enough work not to track bugs in launchpad. I just thought that fix uploaded in svn meant that every distribution using kde would be impacted.
I will report my bug to opensusse bugtracker.
