Provide more commands on demand dont really know what to include in here.
Any pointers and help appreciated, thank you.

Searching for “org.kde.pulseaudio: No object for name” gives quite some hits.

From this topic:

now create this file:
kate /etc/modprobe.d/audio.conf
and put there these lines:
options snd_hda_intel power_save=0
options snd_hda_intel power_save_controller=N
save it and run:
sudo mkinitcpio -P
reboot and see if it helped

Got it working by deleting the configs in

/usr/share/pipewire

and force reinstalling the pipewire packages via zypper.

I have similar issue in leap, Bluetooth headphones sporadically stop working for unknown causes
Will try your solution next time bluetooth stops for headphones.
This is a remedy, though, not a fix.

@tckosvic yes, it worked almost without an issue the day, but now its the same as before.

And now after the sony headphones disconnected, it will only connects to the HFP profile.

btmon says at disconnection

Reason: Remote User Terminated Connection (0x13)
