I was trying to set my KDE region & language setting to Brunei but it doesn’t show up in the list.
Do I have to install a package to get Brunei locale or is Brunei locale doesn’t exist at all in glibc?

I can set the time date and time for Brunei as what you have shown but what I’m trying to do is to modify Region & Language section such as currency, phone numbers, etc.
When I try to modify the currency to Brunei, it is not listed at all.
What is the code for this locale?
Based from geoW reply above, the locale code for Brunei is ms_BN.
What do I do with the locale code?
Well, that is of course the code you (and we) are searching for.
When I look in Myrlyn or YaST > Software with the Languages View, I do not see it. What comes nearest is ms (Malay) and ms_MY (Malaysia).
Is it not possible for OpenSUSE to add ms_BN? Is it because ms_BN locale does not exist for Linux system?
It would be nice if the locale is added but I could live without it.

Mastering the localedef Command in Linux
Of course it is possible. But these are the user forums. I doubt many people here will be able to do so. I guess the developers need a volunteer from Brunei to do so. It might not be that difficult starting from the Malaysians that are already there.
First, welcome to the openSUSE Forums.
Unfortunately, apart from the Web site mentioned by geoW, there doesn’t seem to be any Locale support for the State of Brunei anywhere in the Linux communities.
Therefore, until such time as a Brunei citizen triggers the addition of a Brunei Locale to the Linux distributions, you’ll have to make do by creating your own Locale by means of the “localedef” Command as suggested by geoW, supported by the work done by the SimpleLocalize folks who have provided the information needed to define the (new) Linux Locale.
I guess that creating a locale definition will help e.g. with how currency is to be formatted. But it does not do much in creating the translations for all the programs that try to interpret the LANG=ms_BN.UTF-8 parameter that then is part of that locale.
