Hi, after following the instructions in this link Intel Power Management on openSUSE 12.3 - 推酷 about how to install the linux kernel version 3.8 my wireless broke. I knew that it could possibly be due to the broadcom drivers not build for this kernel. I installed the packages broadcom-wl and broadcom-wp-desktop from packman but for the older kernel and I don’t think that there are packages build for the kernel I’m running. The question is how do I build the modules? I already downloaded the sources and have read the readme file in this link 802.11 Linux STA driver | Broadcom and also downloaded the kernel-desktop devel packages, what more do I need? Thanks for reading.
