I recently installed openSUSE and have been posting in forums galore to try and solve my problem connecting to my wireless network (which works fine in Vista), and I think I’ve narrowed it down to one problem:

Yes. Go to the wireless forum, read the stickies, and follow the tutorials.
The most likely cause of your problem is that the in-kernel driver b43 does not
support your device, but the info you get above will confirm that.
