While I was using opensuse 10.3 I could ping the hostname of my linux box from any pc in my home network by using the hostname and that didn’t have to be defined in the hosts file of all other pc’s.
But now with opensuse 11 I’m not able to do this. None of my pc’s in the network can ping the linux hostname unless I define it in each hosts file on those pc’s.
