If it is resolved, then please explain what the problem was and what you did to resolve it. That may help others.
When you “gave up”, IMHO that is a bit soon. Remember that your fellow users and thus potential helpers are spread all over the globe and that it may take some time before they see your thread (they need some sleep from time to time).
