Clearly Linux is still not up to speed. I understand that THAT is the solution to the problem, but really, that can’t be the solution, if we expect Linux to be seen as a real OS, ready for the public… I am downgrading, yes, to windows and continue hell on earth.
Maybe Google will help

It is your choice, of course, if you prefer Windows.
I never try to convince any one to use Linux if they are not ready for it.
