Bond<--Bridge[STP=On]: Settings Needed to Work?

On the bridge, do I need to enable STP or do I even need it since I have multiple NIC bonded using Adaptive load balancing (if this means anything in comparison to STP) ?

STP is needed to prevent loops. If you can guarantee that your network topology can never form loops, you do not need STP.

What can I do and the tool(s) I need to test this?

If you have loop, your network becomes unusable. This is the only test possible. You as administrator, architect and designer are responsible for the correct configuration. If you are asking question “what can I do” you should not disable STP in the first place. It is there to protect you.
