bluetooth problem (segfault)

This is a thread which is only for the lovers of making their life miserable through mounting a horse from behind.
So:I am still running on a laptop for personal reasons 11.1. It does very good. I updated to kernel 3.04 with SAKC script. This worked perfectly. Now I am having a problem with the disc activity (continuously running). First I thought this was the kernel. But…

dmesg -s 99999

  992.973309] show_signal_msg: 45 callbacks suppressed
  992.973314] bluetoothd[11208]: segfault at 73726f74 ip 73726f74 sp bfccc6ec error 14 in service.so[b740f000+4000]

and so on and so forth.
It seams I have to change service.so.
Any suggestions? Bluetooth never worked in 11.1 and KDE3.5 so I could:
a) compile bluez 3.6 that I have still on my harddisk
b) deaktivate bluetooth in the bios
c) do b) and then also uninstall the bluez packages.
If anyone know an alternative solution or have suggestion about which of the above is the best, please let me know.
Thanks in advance.
