Since I use Opensuse ( Suse 10.2), I’ve always managed to get by on my own but here I’m stuck.
thanks by advance.

Please show the results of

rfkill
journalctl | grep irmware
systemctl status bluetooth

(all commands issued as “root” in a terminal)

Please show the outputs unabridged.

Hello susejunky,

I don’t know if it’s important but I’m usually wired to network, i just want to use the bluetooth with this hardware.

> rfkill
ID TYPE DEVICE SOFT HARD
 0 wlan phy0 débloqué débloqué

débloqué = unlocked

Next command, just today.

Thanks

I would add that if it’s anything with UEFI Bios to disabled, there is no option to do that in the boot options.
Unfortunately.

Desktop : Dell T3500 - Bios A17

There is no bluetooth device at all!

By the way: If you use a non-english environment you can do

# LANG=C rfkill
ID TYPE DEVICE SOFT HARD
 0 bluetooth hci0 unblocked unblocked
 1 wlan phy0 unblocked unblocked
#

to show command line results in English.

Please show the results of

systemctl start bluetooth

and

journalctl -b 0 | grep uetooth
> LANG=C systemctl start bluetooth

No output

> LANG=C journalctl -b 0 | grep bluetooth

Try

lsusb

If you cannot see the bluetooth-device of the GC-WBAX200 then check the USB-connection of the card.

I went to the store to kick the cable provider’s ass.
Thanks for help.
