Bluetooth doesn't turn on

Hi all! This is the problem: when i try to turn on bluetooth from the tray icon or system settings, it seems to work, but nothing happen… I can’t scan for devices, and in the tray icon is written “Disabled” (but turned on). What can i do? Thanks!

Please post:

lsusb
journalctl -b | grep -Ei 'firm|blue'

Last one executet as root.

What is the result of (run as root in a console)

# rfkill

On some laptops the bluetooth adapter can be toggled on/off by using a special key combination (e.g. on my laptop i have to hold “Fn” while pressing “F11”).

Thanks for the replies! Early today i solved with “sudo rfkill unblock all” because i saw that it was blocking bluetoot. Now the rfkill command say that all is unblocked, but i can’t enable bluetooht anyway, i think there is something more…

Here the result for journalctl: https://github.com/Quiquoqua48/Public/blob/master/journalctl

ID TYPE DEVICE SOFT HARD
 0 wlan phy0 unblocked unblocked
 3 bluetooth hci0 unblocked unblocked

sometimes the output is

ID TYPE DEVICE SOFT HARD
 0 wlan phy0 unblocked unblocked
 3 bluetooth hci0 blocked unblocked

but when i unblock it nothing change.

Do you reboot your Computer?

Yes, i’ve rebooted it many times… However, now the bluetooth works well, but i don’t know why lol! I’ve installed many packages. disabled and enabled many things… honestly i don’t remember well what i’ve done… but know it works. Thanks to all!
