bluetooth and webcam problems

Hello,

I’ve recently installed Linux 11.1 and i am having problems with two devices that i am using:

  1. bluetooth Belkin USB
  2. Logitech Quickcam Communicate STX (USB)

Can you exlpain to me how should i proceed to the installation of those 2 hardware?
