blue screen in Kaffeine

Dears,
i have Kaffeine installed on openSUSE 11.0 KDE 4.2.2

when i try to play videos (MPEG or AVI) it has sound, but no video. only a blue screen. i have xine engine installed.

any ideas?

Try smplayer
consider using x11 video setting

Blue screen = problem with graphic settings.

I bet this is intel integrated graphics seems to always be.

As for fix it seems to be an option line in xorg that does something with memory(Think preallocates)

I found 2 ways as for which one adding the chipset to the google search should narrow it down.

solved the problem by going to engine parameters and set it from auto to xshm.

yes this is an intel chipset.
