Thank you for providing this lis of package locks. By calling it “proper”, you suggest that users should know this, and should have applied these settings on their systems. I couldn’t find this clearly documented anywhere, though.
Half a year ago you wrote “Locking on TW is rarely needed”. And Stefan’s documentation recommends locking a smaller set of packages on TW.
