bin, sbin & lib, lib64 in /usr

I will greatly appreciate help about finding out the differences between the contents of the lib and lib64 directories in /usr

And also the differences between the contents of the bin and the sbin directories in again the /usr directory in OpenSUSE 10.3

lib 32-bit libraries
lib64 64-bit libraries
sbin system binaries
bin user binaries
