Best SuSE flavor for home netbook/server?

Hi, I move around alot and am usually in areas with power that comes and goes so i wanted a “home server” that was small and had its own “ups” so i decided on the MSI Wind12. I primarily want to use this server as a media server for XBMC and I have a Drobo NAS with a 5+TB so I have a few quetions.

#1) Can 32bit linux read 5tb partitions?
#2) I would love to hear recommendations for SuSE derivatives (LXDE, Xfce, Smeegol, or maybe a fluxbox flavor?)
#3) of the afore mentioned distributions, do they all include YaST?

Any other thoughts or suggestions would really be appreciated!

Cheers,

-Gaiko

1: opensuse’s default filesystem is ext4 which handles 16Tb
2. no experience but LXDE is actively supported
3. AFAIK yes; there is a CLI as well as GUI versions

Hi John, thanks for the answers!
