My wifi does not work.
I already posted a basic post to which i had a reply look at the stickies.
I did.
Having followed the instruction here is the output from the console-

If you use ‘lspci -nn’, then you get both kinds of information in a single list.

Your device with PCI_ID of 168c:002d has been in the kernel since 2009, thus it
is covered no matter what recent version of openSUSE you are using. Did you
check the output of ‘dmesg’ for missing firmware? You can discover if it is
available by running the command

sudo zypper install kernel_firmware

Thanks for the help with finding out about the firm ware.
One thing though is the fact that it seems to worki from my mint maya.
I am ina strange situation everytime I try to log on to the opensuse to do stuff I have to go back to my mint maya to go on the internet…

I experience another problem at the moment I forgot the root user password.
How stupid

I posted a thread at a different section I hope to receive some help and then to continue on with finding out what is the problem with my wifi.
