Bearpaw scanner not recognized

Hello,

I have a Bearpaw 1200CU scanner that is not recognized by Yast, so I cannot use XSane to scan my images. Is there anyway to get the driver?

I have the same scanner. you need to download

http://www.meier-geinitz.de/sane/gt68xx-backend/firmware/ps1fw.usb

and folllow the descriptions on

http://www.meier-geinitz.de/sane/gt68xx-backend

This scanner cannot work without the external firmware.
