Under Suse 11 this does not appear to be working - bit of a newbie here, IFconfig under Root shows eth0 and states UP but ip is a 169 address.
Any ideas please?

I’m guessing that maybe the firmware isn’t installed?
[Google ‘BCM5751’ and ‘firmware’. Same as problem that
most of BCM wireless adapter owners are having.]
