Yesterday I tried to update my packages, one of them was VirtualBox which is in Virtualization:/VirtualBox/openSUSE_11.1/ repository. I get an “file is not found on media error” during update. I found the cause for this message was that download.opensuse.org always redirects me to http://77.88.19.74/opensuse/repositories/Virtualization:/VirtualBox/openSUSE_11.1/i586/virtualbox-ose-kmp-pae-2.1.0_2.6.27.7_9.1-7.1.i586.rpm (score 20)
But there is no such file, moreover there is nothing at all under /opensuse/repositories on that server. It redirects me to that mirror because it is listed as nearest to my location. Of course, the easiest solution would be to disable my repo wich points to downloads.opensuse.org and add a similar repo wich will point to some exact working mirror. But that’s wrong way, mirror should be either deleted from a list of mirrors or get fixed.
