bad connection with Asus X55U

I installed OpenSuse 13.2 64-bit on a notebook Asus X55U

I’m having problems with connection. The wired connection is slow and sometimes it falls. The wireless connection only works for a few seconds.

Look dmesg command:

linux-mmi5:/home/sergio # dmesg | grep eth
0.360380] [Firmware Bug]: ACPI: No _BQC method, cannot determine initial brightness
   15.846293] alx 0000:02:00.0 eth0: Qualcomm Atheros AR816x/AR817x Ethernet [30:85:a9:29:ba:40]
16.334186] [Firmware Bug]: ACPI: No _BQC method, cannot determine initial brightness
linux-mmi5:/home/sergio #

What are the steps to solve this problem?

Two of the lines have nothing to do with your network devices, and the middle line does not reflect a problem. Since you report wireless and wired connectivity issues, then perhaps the router could be the cause of the problem.

Maybe the router is ok. I said it because when I start the noteBook with the Windows 8 the wired conexion and wireless has no problem.
Only by this fault do I stay with the windows system and lost space. I look forward to erase those partitions.>:)
Any idea?

I read that the result of the follow commands in my notbook is wrong.
Please someone tell me what to do?

To remember:sometimes the connections with wire works well (as now) but wireless only works a few times.
With the Windows 8 the wired conexion and wireless has no problem.
