Just created a 3TB RAID 1 array through YaST but Clonezilla does not “see” drives as a viable backup repo. What are my options to backup/image to said RAID 1 array?!?
Doesn’t seem to be mounted & exposed to file system, why this would matter offline?..
I will dig around YaST Partitioner & see if any options.
Mount options clear as day on volume creation. I guess don’t mount to /home as crashed my desktop as unwritable?!? Roll back seemed to save my arse. Clonezilla does not work with software RAID apparently? Will back up images to another drive & copy across to array manually I guess.
Went through faff of installing larger capacity SSD & Clonezilla now sees my RAID array?!? Maybe the act of installing another disk triggered some kinda rescan? Not had any input/output errors with new SATA cables, so don’t think it merely a loose connection. Crazy.
