I’m new to opensuse and I wonder If there is any drivers for my usb tv card?

Plug it in and issue these commands
dmesg |tail
lsusb
That will give more info about the chipset used etc.
Its difficult to say for certain, but I do not think it looks likely there are functional drivers.
Did you look at the AverMedia web site for drivers? If so you would have noted they have a beta driver for openSUSE-10.3 (which is an old not supported openSUSE version). If you download their zip file for openSUSE and look inside there is a binary installation file one has to run, so it appears to be a proprietary driver. IMHO that does not bode well, as the odds of that driver working on openSUSE-11.3 are pretty slim given the vast changes in graphics between openSUSE 10.3 and 11.3.
Further, if you look at the Linux TV page you will see an X NO next to support for most AverMedia devices.
IMHO if I were to bet, I would bet no functional drivers, although I hope I am wrong.
