For business reasons, I’m installing SLES 9 SP4 32 bit on a 64bit server. I am also creating an auto-install CD allowing 700 of these servers to be build by a team of non-technical associates.
My question is simple:
Is there a way I can change the installation to avoid popping up the following warning:
Cool Computer, but…
You are about to install 32-bit software on a 64-bit computer.
No… this happens before any of the automatic stuff takes over (since
it’s on the next screen that you specify that information). Maybe you
could use a 64-bit ISO and then point to a 32-bit installation
source… but that’s just a wild guess currently.
Good luck.
