Audiokoverter in 11.2

Hello,

I have installed audiokonverter using YaST. The only command that becomes available after installation is audioconvert4, so I assume this is what I am supposed to run.

When I run it it crashes immediately after I select the file to convert from the popup file chooser. The error on the command line is:
/usr/bin/audioconvert4: line 743: audioconvert: command not found

Running openSuse 11.2 with KDE4.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Abe

It should add an option in your file manager - It’s referred to as the context menu
When you right click on audio files you should see an option for converting.

f you use dolphin and don’t see the option, try konqueror.

This is the app home page: audiokonverter (also for KDE4) KDE-Apps.org

Thanks - it added the action in dolphin as you said. I thought of it as a command line rather than context operation.
