Seen your audio settings, which reminded me on an audio configuration issue at my end, which got solved via this fantastic info here:
My other Audio issue had been Firefox breaking the audio on playing videos, which I was able to fix via uninstalling the older YaST Firefox and installing the newer Flatpak Firefox via Software.
