Audio Cd's not working. Tried adding cdrom/disk to groups

Im running 11.1. Ive read afew other threads about this but most just say to add cdrom and disk to groups in yast and that fixes it for most, ive tried that, restarted, and still wont read them.

It reads data disks/dvds fine.

Cheers =)

Have a read here

I dont understand step 3… type in that code and it comes up with “setfacl: Option -m: Invalid argument near character 1”

Im very new at linux…

Really Wtf , this things shouldn’t happen, my two DVDRW drives use to work perfectly with everything k3b,brasero,gnome,kde etc.

and now Im not even able to mount a data CD >:(

im going back to 11.0

Can anyone give us a hand with those other solutions?

setfacl -m your-user-gid:rw /dev/sr0

is added to: /etc/init.d/boot.local

If your user is Flinch it would be

setfacl -m Flinch-gid:rw /dev/sr0
