Audigy1 or 2 years old MSI motherboard sound chip

I just looking to use permanent a sound Hardware which is Audigy1 or the MSI motherboard sound chip.
Could you please tell me which on is better:
1 is the best
2 is good
3 no,no

Audigy looks promising.

Your MSI on-board? No idea because we don’t know what it is. Use a su terminal and do:

lspci -v

You should find info there about audio type.
