I am installing suse on a new computer but worryed I will not beable to get the sound card working, it is a Audigy 2 ZS Video Editor. If anyone can help with regards to a driver or software or just let me know if it will work that would be fantastic.

Your links relate to the audio card he is referring to the video editor

Sorry I am asking for a friend, his main worry is that it will not work with opensuse. If you want I can give you a full list to what he has to see if it will work with opensuse.

Here are the specs of the computer thanks for the help:
nvidia geforce 7950gt
audigy 2 zs video editor
asus m2n-e
amd 64 athlon x2
2gb ram

There is nothing particularly unusual in what you quote there scd_13

Probably the best starting point is a Live CD

Live CD is that the download of the ISO. Also my friend wants the 64bit version does that make any differance
