How install Ati driver:

  1. uninstall the previous installation
  2. “init 3” on grub option
  3. log as root
  4. #sh ./ati_ecc…
  5. #sax2 -c1 ( or 0 #sax2 -p for list)
  6. reboot without option
  7. HAVE A LOT FUN :slight_smile:

DON’T MAKE NEVER #aticonfig --initial OTHERWISE WILl CRASH THE X SERVER!!!

are you shore that you did install driver? i try but its the same like default radeonhd driver!

The geometry is good and the 3d acceleration is enabled. But there isn’t amd ccc installed.
