i used to have nvidia GC but i now have an Ati HD4850 . I installed the proprietary driver using the atiupgrade script from here ( openSUSE Forums - ATI driver with atiupgrade ).
But i have slow display with web sites that used to be ok, and some mixtures beetween thumbs sometimes …
i saw in yast that i also have this one installed … xorg-x11-driver-video-radeonhd - Driver for AMD GPG (ATI) r5xx/r6xx Chipsets ( xorg-x11-driver-video-radeonhd-1.3.0_20100512_80ba041-2.1.i586 )
Which driver is supposed to be the “best” one ? Radeon ? Where is it available ?
