Hello, can anybody tell me how i can use my ATI grafik card in opensuse 13.1 (I have no 3D support)
After installing the Linux Driver from the AMD ATI Website, the System crashes.
Just use one of those:
32bit: http://geeko.ioda.net/mirror/amd-fglrx/ymp/amd-ati-fglrx.ymp
64bit: http://geeko.ioda.net/mirror/amd-fglrx/ymp/amd-ati-fglrx64.ymp
This will add the openSUSE fglrx repo and install the driver as RPM package.
It contains the latest beta right now (the older stable one does not work on 13.1), but a new stable version should be released some time in December AFAIK, and then be put into this repo, so you will get it as normal update.
