ATI driver update: how to fix compiz white screen

Hello, I tried to install the newest driver for my ATI X300.
I chose “automatic” when he asked me.
After rebooting, after automatic login, a white screen appeared.
I found some solution on the Internet, but only one worked for me:
I went into the folder /home/username/.config/compiz and I deleted the 2 file inside.

After rebooting it worked, but now I can’t use desktop effects.

My question is:
How can I do to use desktop effects, keeping the newest ATI driver?

I don’t use ATI but a quick search and
ATI - openSUSE

To fix the white screen it tells to check if xorg.conf has BusID like this:

Section "Device"
       Identifier "Device[0]"
       Driver "fglrx"
       BusID "PCI:1:0:0"

I have the same BusID:

Section "Device"
        Identifier "aticonfig-Device[0]-0"
        Driver "fglrx"
        BusID "PCI:1:0:0"

So the problem should be another…right?

I maybe misunderstood a little. You have solved the white screen but need desktop effects?
Compiz Fusion - openSUSE

yes but…compiz is already installed. But when I try to abilitate desktop effects i see white screen.
I want to fix this, if possible
