I have changed the resolution in freedroid RPG, now I cannot access neither start it, how to reset it manualy please?
Also, is there a full compaigns in BOS war ? (the one that came with the version I got have only one episode >:( )
In Mars Land of No Mercy , when I start the game, I have only the battlefield with the robots and bases, and a mini map, no commands, so I can only move my robotsâŚ
It can also come in handy if you tell us which version of the games you are running.
The configurations for Freedroid RPG are stored in you home folder under ~/.freedroid_rpg/config.
When you open this file youâll see every setting you can change.
If you want to reset all settings simply remove the config file.
But if you only want to revert the resolution problem you need to cha nge screen_width, ** screen_height**.
Iâm Using OpenSuse 11.4, with the latest KDE (4.6.00 (4.6.0) ârelease 6â) and latest available games (always checking opensuse repositories and updating )
I cannot found ~/.freedroid_rpg/config. . Note that I am logged as root (also, I am a beginner to the linux family).
This is why You cannot find it ~ means something like home directory. If Youâre logged in as root (which is never necessary and not advisable to do for security reasons) than this will most likely point You to /root/**.**freedroid_rpg/config. If You log in as yourself the same path will lead You to /home/your_username/.freedroid_rpg/config and the file will be there. Keep in mind that directories and files starting with . may be hidden by default when using graphical file managers. In Dolphin You can change this using View->Show hidden files. You can also use the terminal This command will show files and directories starting with a dot :
ls -a
Without the -a option files and directories beginning with . will not be shown.

This is the same with ZSNES. All of the saved games files are stored in a hidden folder in your home directory.
