For displaying you need fonts. Search with YaST > Software > Software management. E.g. the package indic-fonts gives you many fonts used in the Indian subcontimenet (also Asia) like Devanagri, Bengali, … And a search with “korean font” pops up three packages for me.
If you cannot find the fonts you want in the openSUSE repositories, many, but not all, of the Unicode fonts in the South Asian library will work fine. Simply download them to a user directory and then use KDE Font manager to install them to the system.
