Was wondering about an Art and Design forum for discussing using Graphical tools, theories and processes, themes for KDE, Gnome, XFCE and more and for samples for discussion.
One of the qualities that consistently comes up in reviews and comparisons is that openSUSE looks the best and feels the most polished. Why not have a forum section for building upon that and allow more ideas and opinions to flow?
